Wii Disc Read Error Fix

Check the disc that you are putting into the Wii for any dirt or scratches. These may prevent the laser from reading the data on the disc resulting in the Wii disc read error. How to Avoid a Wii Disc Read Error
Has this ever happened to you: you have decided to sit down in front of your TV and Wii game console and play some games. It's been a week in the waiting. You grab a game, insert it into the Wii and it powers up. You see the main welcome screen, and start your game. It is taking longer than usual, and all of a sudden you are greeted with an "Unable to read the disc" or "Disc could not be read" message. Your stomach sinks.
First things first, you remove the disc to ensure there are no signs of scratches. You check to ensure that you didn't insert any other type of disc, such as a DVD, movie or CD because they will not play on the Wii and will return the same error message.
You try again and go through the same steps. Turn off the Wii, insert the game disc, start the game but the Wii persists in greeting you with the same error.
You check everything again - disc inserted correctly, power is turned on. You try other game discs, and all show you the same message. There is definitely something wrong.
Now what?
You hit the internet to see what could cause this problem, but all your research leads to the same conclusion - there is something wrong with the DVD in the Wii and it will need to be repaired.

One of the main reasons the Wii disc error occurs is due to build up of dirt and dust inside the Wii and on the DVD reader. Most people keep their Wii on the stand, however speaking from personal experience this is not the right way to keep your Wii and the reason for this is because there is very poor air circulation. Because of this the air vents get clogged and you build up dirt and dust inside your console.
The best way to position your game console is on the side, laying flat. This keeps all the air vents open. Also don't put the game console into tight spaces, there needs to be enough air circulation around the Wii so that the fans inside can keep air circulating and blowing out dust.

52030 and 32002 are Wii router error codes and the easiest way to correct this issue is just to change the channel on the Wii's router. Try switching from channel 1 to channel 11 if this does not help the issue then reset the console security setting from standard WEP to WPA or in some cases just disable security temporarily altogether and see if that fixes the issue.
The last error code we will look at is error code 220602 which happens to be another Wii router error. If you see this error code pop up then move your Wii closer to the router and see if it starts working correctly, this would mean that there was a communication range issue that you have just fixed! If this does not fix the issue then change your primary and secondary DNS servers on your game console and this should fix the problem!

In that case, you need to return to the Wii Menu before changing game discs. Unplug the power cord of Wii from the wall outlet and wait a few minutes. Then plug it back in and turn on it again. 3. Code 51130
If your Wii have a problem of error code 51130, it means your Wii has a wireless networking problem. Try pressing the "retry" button. If it does not work at first, keep pressing it, and it will eventually work.
4. Error code 220602
Nintendo Wii problem of error code 220602 relates to an issue with the firewall of your wireless router. Try moving the console closer to your wireless Internet router. If that doesn't work, you may need to manually reset the DNS on your Wii console. Change the primary with the secondary DNS servers on your Wii setting. That should fix it.
5. Codes 110210, 110211, 110212 and 110213
