Great Deals on the Wii Fit Bundle - Start Your Fitness Program Today With a Wii Fit Bundle

The Wii Fit bundle has been a huge success this past holiday season, another winning piece of the Nintendo Wii game console story. With the Wii as popular as ever, sales of the new Wii Fit shot up too, especially the Wii Fit bundle, which includes everything you need to get started with a home fitness routine. Now both adults and kids play with the Wii as an all-around home entertainment system.

A bundle is the answer to getting a complete package with everything you want and need. The bundle includes the Wii Fit system along with the controllers and games or workout videos you want. You save money too - by getting all the accessories in one neat package, you pay less than if you were to buy all of the accessories separately at retail prices. By buying a Wii Fit bundle you can save as much as 25-30% off the standard retail price of all the pieces if purchased separately!

Where's the best place to find a Fit bundle? At your favorite online store is your best bet. Online stores tend to be able to keep items in stock longer, however this isn't always true (Amazon and WalMart both had trouble over the holidays filling orders.) A bundle includes the Wii console plus games and other accessories such as the Wii Fit balance board - you can find a wide variety of combinations to suit any need. Plus, if you go to an online auction site like eBay, you'll find literally thousands of items for sale, at prices below anything you'll find at your local retail game or electronics stores.

Start by browsing through selections on auction sites, and compare prices to retail stores. Don't forget to include everything the bundle includes, such as number of controllers and tax. As an example, here are just a few of the types of bundle deals online today:

- "One player" bundle - a Wii console, 1 controller, Wii Fit balance board and 1 game

- A Wii console, balance board, *plus* Mario Kart, multiple controllers and additional games

- The Wii console,  Fit balance board, with a Jillian Michaels workout video

- The Wii console, Fit plus Wii Music and multiple controllers

You can find practically any combination, with a huge selection and variety available (over 1,300 items today as of this writing).

If you want the best deal on the best combination in a Wii Fit bundle, be sure to start with the online auction sites!

2. Unique Experience - Because of the unconventional controllers, the Wii has shown the world that the console gaming experience can be much more interactive. With motion sensors, players can experience virtual motions by swinging the controller and experiencing vibrations that mimics an object hitting a stick. Gone are the days of rapid thumb movements. The Wii allows a virtual gaming experience without much of a learning curve.

3. Potential - The Wii has become so popular these days that game makers are lining up to develop an endless line of titles. Games such as Guitar Hero III, Mario Galaxy, and Twilight Princess allow users to pick from an limitless supply of games.

4. Lose Weight! - Yes, you can lose weight with the Wii console system. With the Wii controllers, you can thrust the stick like a sword, or swing it like a tennis racquet. The Wii controller allows arm movement so that one can burn calories. It may not be exactly like a nautilus machine, but some say it's an exercise equipment. Interestingly, Nintendo has caught on the fitness interest and produced the Wii Fit, an exercise accessory for the Wii owner.

5. Downloads - The Wii isn't just a mere console. In fact, the Wii game system allows players to download old classics from Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, and Nintendo 64. Anyone who has a retro urge can download their favorite classics at the convenience of his or her home. But the downloads do not stop there. There are now services where a Wii owner can now download movies and favorite television shows. Think of the Wii as the next dvr for the TV.

6. Online playability - The Wii console has a service that allows players to create an avatar and use that avatar to play games like Wii Sports. The Mii allows people from all over the planet to design a persona to interact live with users in the online space. Just imagine making new friends and playing them anytime throughout the world.

7. Slim Box - The Wii console has a sleek and architectural design that doesn't take up much space. With the dimensions of 44 mm ( 1.73") w, 157 mm ( 6.18") tall and 215.4 mm (8.48") deep, the Wii is the smallest console ever since the inception of Nintendo. Moreover, the Wii is the smallest of the next generation consoles including Play Station 3 and Xbox 360.

8. Backward compatibility - The Wii gaming system allows for full backward compatibility with the Nintendo Game Cube. This means if you have a Game Cube system with games, you can play any of the games with the Wii.

9. Works With Nintendo DS - The Wii also allows for it to interface with the Nintendo DS handheld. Thinking of using the DS as a controller? There's no problem interfacing the DS to the Wii console.

10. Enjoyable Game System - There's a very good reason why the Nintendo Wii console is the hottest game system. The numbers clearly show the amount of interest from the masses. People can play for hours with the Wii.

Retail analysts are expecting the Wii Game System to be virtually nonexistent for this holiday season. There's no doubt that it will be the top 10 Christmas toy and the unexpected massive interest will mean low inventory on the retail shelves.
