Softmodding your Nintendo Wii is one of the best things you can do to it and will give it a whole new lease of life.
Once you have Softmodded your Wii you can load games from a USB Hard Drive, Play Backup Game Discs and install hundreds of other Homebrew Applications.
The big advantages of loading your games from a USB Hard Drive include faster loading times, no scratched discs and the fact all your games are in one place so you don’t have to keep getting up to change discs.
This guide will guide you through all the steps including Installing the Homebrew Channel, Backing up your Wii’s NAND and Installing Priiloader (for brick protection).
