SAFE Firmware Updater v4.3 has a bug when patching the System Menu of the firmware of the USA and JAP consoles, so the homebrew channel are deleted after the firmware update. This version brings the error and corrected and should work on any region console.
If you are a user of a European Wii and you've used the version v4.3 not need to use this version.
